Negatives from before the Second World War belonging to Zofia Chometowska arrive at the Foundation in installments, packed in small plastic boxes resembling those used to hold children’s paints. This is how the artist stored the material.
Processing the negatives, which were rolled for years, cut into one- or two-frame fragments, is a painstaking activity requiring professional equipment. Thus we are proud to announce that the scanning of another batch of negatives has been completed, and the images will soon be available in our online database.
